Our Story

I’m Faz Mohitian, funder and lead consultant at Posity Online, where our focus is on empowering individuals, businesses and NDIS providers to thrive.

I have been in the auditing industry since 2015 and have been working as an independent NDIS auditor since 2019 [Full Bio]. Let my team and I work on your business operations and compliance. Along with our DIY packages, we are a team of independent auditors that also work as consultants to help NDIS Providers maintain compliance.

As auditors, we have seen a huge knowledge gap in the NDIS market. Business owners and providers go through NDIS Audits without knowing what to prepare and what to expect. This may result in auditors raising minor and major non-conformities which may result in delay with getting or maintaining your NDIS Registration. Recognising a significant knowledge gap in the disability service industry, my team and I developed DIY packages and consulting solutions to empower providers to meet industry standards, beyond just NDIS.
